Pricing Policy
All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax) as of September 2011 Product prices are regularly updated when price changes are received from our suppliers. Currently as the inventors of No Odd Socks™, we are the only sales outlet for the 5 pocket No Odd Socks™ product. Should you find our product elsewhere, it is a copy and is an infringement of our design ownership. Please contact us with a description of where you discovered the copy.

Shipping and Delivery Policy
We deliver products Australia wide using Australia Post. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location, shipping costs are set as a fixed rate and is already included in the total listed price.
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia.

Shipping Destinations:
No Odd Socks™ ships goods Australia wide and in New Zealand, however at this time we do NOT accept other international orders through our website.

No Odd Socks™ is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products.  We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund. 

Refund Policy
Please choose carefully.  We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.  You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or doesn’t perform as advertised.
